Samut Songkram, South of Bangkok at the gulf, is rarely visited by tourists. So, Bangkok buddies Gary and Wat joined Ricardo on a bike tour of Samut Sakhon/Ban Laem and Samut Songkram. Since the end destination is more than 100 kilometers from Bankok, the boys hitched a ride on a couple of Thailand's lesser used trains.
The train trip is quite scenic, a route that is squeezed between homes, palms and mangroves, and a few market stalls.
